Eligibility for Return:
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/tags intact
- Products such as earphones, hygiene products, and opened software are non-returnable unless defective
Refund Process for COD Orders:
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer, UPI, or replacement product (as per your choice)
- Refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days after inspection
